Westmont offers both Realty brokerage franchising options as well as Lending brokerage options!

Immediate Support

When setting up your brokerage there are a variety of tasks and questions that will arise. Waiting on hold to speak with a lower level advisor is not beneficial to you. With Westmont you will have immediate support from upper management. Assistance with setup, recommendations on back end softwares, suppliers, accountants, lawyers, staffing, IT consultants, how to bill, process and keep track of agent deals, access to the Westmont Portal and more.

Franchising Options

There are several different expansion options with Westmont.

-Revenue Share Structure: For individuals who want to grow a company within an existing branch without handling back end logistics.

-Partial Ownership of Branch: For individuals who would like to open a branch without hiring additional Managing Brokers.

-Full Ownership: For individuals who want to own 100% of the branch. Westmont can still discuss outsourcing current experienced conveyancers. This will save time and money as staffing costs are shared between brokerages at the option of the franchisee.

Portal

Any Franchisee's brokerage will have full access to the Westmont Realty or Westmont Lending Portal. This consists of on going training videos, class powerpoint slides, forms, lender lists and more. This will save time when it comes to training and providing value to your brokers and agents.
