We have noticed that some agents like this Revenue Share structure so we took the most competitive brokerages structure and offered an even higher Revenue Share Split. The top competitors were offering 3.5% so we upped it to a minimum of 4%. We are beating competitors by half a percent in almost all categories!
To incentivize agents to promote Westmont and bring in other agents, Westmont offers a share of the gross revenue collected to the agent responsible for bringing them in. For Example: You Refer Realtor A to Westmont, Realtor A closes a deal and makes $20,000 commission, you will receive $800.

Once the $16,000 cap is hit a $285.00 per transaction fee will be applied. This fee will reduce to $75.00 once $5000 of capped transaction fees are received by Westmont.
